Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, conducting consultations, and promoting company services. Additional responsibilities include driving sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, meeting sales targets, and delivering training to enhance team performance. Collaboration with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns will also be a critical part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and consultations
- Proficiency in customer service and relationship management
- Proven expertise in sales and sales management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in training and mentoring team members to drive performance
- Familiarity with marketing campaigns and collaboration with marketing teams
- Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the immigration consultancy industry is a plus
