About the Company
Global Scholar Ltd is an international education consultancy focused on connecting students and partners with the right global universities and pathways. We work closely with universities and recruitment partners to create global opportunities for students pursuing higher education abroad.
We are now looking for a highly driven Marketing & Sales professional who is entrepreneurial, relationship-focused, and capable of building and expanding a strong agent network across India.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Network Development
- Build and manage a pan-India network of student recruitment agents and sub-agents.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with high-performing education consultants.
- Expand partnerships in key student markets across India.
Sales & Business Growth
- Drive student recruitment targets through the agent network.
- Develop sales strategies to increase student applications to partner universities.
- Maintain strong B2B relationships with recruitment partners.
Marketing & Outreach
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns to attract new agents and partners.
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and training sessions for agents.
- Represent the company in education events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Existing strong agent network across India in the overseas education sector.
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in international student recruitment, marketing, or sales.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build something from the ground up.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and recruitment events.
