Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Glamwood Interiors located in Bengaluru. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, training sales teams, and managing the sales process. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, as well as measuring and reporting their effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Experience in training sales teams and staff on effective sales techniques
- Knowledge of marketing principles and ability to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar field is preferred
Experience in the home or commercial interiors industry or related fields is a plus.
