Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Coimbatore. The role involves identifying and connecting with potential clients, managing sales activities, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and training team members when necessary. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to execute strategies aimed at driving sales and promoting brand engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Capability in Training team members to improve performance and understanding of sales techniques
- Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and technology is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
