Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune City. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also manage sales pipelines, collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, and deliver training sessions to clients as needed. While working primarily from the Pune office, there is flexibility for occasional remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including building and maintaining sales pipelines.
- Ability to deliver Training sessions and provide clients with the knowledge needed to utilize products successfully.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in market research and the ability to leverage marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Previous experience in the construction or formwork industry is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
