Company Description Genluno is an AI-driven sales assistant that helps real estate professionals respond to property inquiries on WhatsApp in under 60 seconds, around the clock. The platform qualifies buyers by asking key questions about budget, location, property type, timeline, and financing needs, then shares relevant options and schedules site visits. Genluno ensures that every lead is followed up with, reducing the chances of missed opportunities and cold inquiries. Designed for independent brokers, real estate teams, channel partners, builders, developers, and agencies, Genluno lets AI manage the initial conversation so sales teams can focus on building relationships and closing deals.
Role Description
This is a remote, part-time role. You sell Genluno to real estate brokers in India and tell that story in public.
Genluno answers a broker’s portal leads on WhatsApp in about a minute, qualifies the buyer, and books the site visit. Your job is to get brokers to try it, and to make the product easy to find.
You will:
- Find brokers and small brokerages on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and broker groups, and start real conversations.
- Run short demos: a portal lead comes in, Genluno replies, the visit gets booked.
- Follow up until the broker starts a trial or says no. Keep notes on what they objected to.
- Write posts, short videos, and one-pagers a broker can forward to a partner.
- Report what is working: which message got a reply, which city, which objection keeps coming up.
You choose your hours. The work is remote. You need to be reachable on WhatsApp during Indian business hours for live demos.
Qualification
- You have sold or marketed something to Indian small businesses, ideally brokers, property portals, or other sales tools.
- You can explain a product in plain language, on a call and in writing, without a slide deck.
- You are comfortable on WhatsApp and LinkedIn, and you follow up without being chased.
- You write clear English. Hindi is useful when a broker prefers it.
- You can show work: a campaign, a pipeline you ran, or posts that got replies. A degree is not required.
- You can work independently, part-time, from anywhere in India.
