Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns, support promotional activities, and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies. Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also includes coordinating training sessions for team members or partners on sales techniques, product features, and service standards, while collaborating with management to track performance and implement improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Sales activities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide teams and support performance improvement.
- Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Comfort working on-site in Odisha, India, with willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
