Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Rajkot@Plant location. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service, managing sales activities, and delivering training to enhance team performance. Responsibilities also include working closely with clients to identify and meet their requirements, driving revenue growth, and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage customers and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop and execute result-driven sales strategies
- Experience in providing Training to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance
- Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment with excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the bath fittings or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
