Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves training clients on product usage, managing sales activities, and identifying new opportunities to enhance the brand’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and maintain relationships effectively
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management for achieving and exceeding business goals
- Ability to provide Training and demonstrate product features to clients with clarity
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude with a knack for identifying business opportunities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in the fitness or related industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
