Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Mumbai. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, promoting services, conducting market research, preparing marketing campaigns, and overseeing sales targets. The individual will also provide training to team members and collaborate with internal teams to align objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in providing Training for sales strategies or related functions
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve targets
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and marketing platforms is an advantage
- Prior experience in a consulting or financial management environment is preferred
