Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves executing and managing sales activities, building relationships with customers, and handling inquiries to provide excellent customer service. Additionally, the specialist will work on training and managing sales teams while fostering strategic opportunities to promote Farmwalk’s mission. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential customers, developing plans to increase sales, and enhancing customer experiences to support the growth of organic and natural farming tourism.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Skills in Training and guiding sales teams effectively
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Passion for promoting sustainable and organic farming practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a remote setup
- Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or agriculture industries is advantageous
