Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, Pune, Hydrabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the sales and marketing pipeline, providing excellent customer service, crafting and executing sales strategies, and conducting training sessions for the sales team. Additionally, the role involves contributing to sales management efforts and supporting the growth of the company’s global market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales expertise, including experience in developing client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals.
- Proficiency in Training and Sales Management to mentor team members and oversee sales strategies.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in the use of CRM tools and data analysis for sales and marketing purposes is preferred.
- Understanding of industrial equipment or engineering-related products is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
