Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and developing tailored marketing strategies. Responsibilities include engaging in direct sales activities, providing training to team members, managing sales pipelines, and contributing to campaigns to meet client and company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Proven Sales experience with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience in Sales Management and team training
- Proficiency in developing marketing strategies to support sales
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Familiarity with media, branding, or influencer campaign environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
