Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will design and execute marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, managing sales pipelines, providing outstanding customer support, and participating in developing and delivering sales training. Collaborating with the team, you will drive customer engagement and help achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets
- Experience in providing Training and facilitating sales techniques to improve team performance
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence
- Proven organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in event planning or a related industry is an advantage
