Role Description
Event Locks is expanding and looking for driven individuals to grow our event portfolio.
We’re hiring a Client Acquisition Partner (Sales and Marketing Specalist) to generate and close event leads across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. This is a remote, performance-based role where you’ll identify potential clients, pitch our A–Z event services, and convert opportunities into confirmed projects with our execution team.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for events across BLR / HYD / Chennai
- Reach out to brands, corporates, institutions & individuals
- Build long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal team post-closure
- Drive revenue growth for Event Locks
Qualifications
- Good Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and business opportunities
- Decent Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Lead Generation and Market Research techniques
- Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and manage inquiries effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior experience in the event planning or hospitality industry is an advantage - Not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Not mandatory
Who can Apply

- Candidates with 6 months–2 years experience in sales / marketing / events preferred
- Self-motivated & target-oriented individuals
- Must be confident in pitching & negotiation
