Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will focus on driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and managing client relationships, generating sales leads, and promoting our innovative real estate solutions. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships, providing training on products and services, and managing sales processes to achieve targets. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, requiring proactive interaction with clients and close collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively engage clients and team members
- Proven experience in customer service, building trust, and addressing client needs with professionalism
- Demonstrated expertise in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Experience in delivering training sessions to clients and teams, ensuring effective transfer of knowledge
- Skills in sales management and overseeing the end-to-end sales process, ensuring operational efficiency and success
- A results-driven approach with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge or experience in the real estate industry will be considered an advantage
