Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Greater Noida with some flexible work-from-home opportunities. The role involves managing day-to-day sales activities, maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and providing sales training. The specialist will also play a pivotal role in devising marketing strategies, customer engagement, and supporting clients in decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience in conducting Training sessions and guiding teams to achieve set goals.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with hybrid work arrangements.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Background or interest in the electric vehicle industry is a plus.
