Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Surat. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and reaching out to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves conducting product presentations, organizing training sessions for customers, managing relationships with clients, and gathering market feedback to inform marketing strategies. Collaboration with team members to achieve sales targets and support marketing campaigns is also an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate clients on the use and benefits of the company's products.
- Analytical skills to gather and interpret market insights, and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing roles within the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site from Surat and travel as required for client interactions.
