Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring clients receive high-quality service. Daily activities include creating and implementing sales strategies, training team members on sales approaches, conducting customer interaction and follow-ups, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies will also be key to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to provide effective Training for team members to improve sales techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a professional on-site team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the water engineering or infrastructure industry is an advantage.
