About the Company
We are looking for a driven B2B Sales & Marketing Lead with 4–5 years of experience in corporate sales, institutional partnerships, lead generation, and client outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating sales opportunities, and driving business growth in the learning, training, or professional education space.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads across corporates, institutions, universities, and training partners
- Drive outbound sales through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings
- Pitch learning programs to HR, L&D, business leaders, and institutional decision-makers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow-up tracker
- Support sales-led marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and lead nurturing initiatives
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communication material
- Coordinate with internal teams to align offerings with client requirements
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, EdTech sales, corporate training, L&D solutions, institutional sales, or professional education sales
Required Skills
- Strong communication, calling, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close B2B deals
- Comfort in engaging with HR, L&D, academic, and corporate decision-makers
- Understanding of LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM/sales tracking
- Target-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a growth-focused environment
Preferred Skills
- Candidates from EdTech, corporate training, learning & development, HR solutions, consulting, or professional education backgrounds will be preferred.
