Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and helping learners achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage prospective learners through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand learner requirements and counsel them on suitable courses and programs.
- Manage leads and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain program benefits.
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Build strong relationships with learners and provide excellent customer support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Track daily and weekly performance metrics and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work from the Gurugram office on a full-time basis.
