Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting Edishadex’s general goods and merchandise offerings. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and revenue. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, support training initiatives for sales processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales experience and Sales Management capabilities.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver Training related to sales processes and customer engagement.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing knowledge, including market research and campaign support.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are desirable.
- Experience in general goods supply, merchandise distribution, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
