Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in the Mohali district with flexibility for some remote work. The key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, identifying and pursuing sales leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves supporting training initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns and enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and deliver exceptional service
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute strategies that drive results
- Experience in Training teams or clients as well as the ability to conduct effective sales training sessions
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analytics, and marketing platforms is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the eCommerce or digital marketing industry is an advantage
