Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial remote work. The specialist will manage sales activities, including generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals. They will implement marketing strategies, conduct customer training sessions, and ensure high-quality customer service. The role also involves collaborating with teams to devise sales plans and tracking performance metrics to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Ability to design and deliver Training sessions to educate customers on services and products
- Team collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
