Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Ranchi. The individual will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and liaising with clients. Additional responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, providing product training, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including setting and meeting sales targets
- Ability to provide effective Training to team members and clients to support organizational goals
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage
