Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing sales activities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, implementing marketing strategies, and training colleagues to enhance sales performance. The role also involves driving customer engagement, providing top-notch customer service, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and mentor team members to develop their professional skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with effective time management skills
- Proficiency in market research and analysis is an advantage
- Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
