Role Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager to drive on-ground growth, offline marketing, and experiential activation strategy for Shiva Immersive. This role sits at the intersection of ATL/BTL marketing, spatial monetization, and audience engagement, with a strong bias for strategy.
The mandate is to identify, design, and operationalize high-impact activations, both within the immersive environment (including the Reflection Zone) and across the larger mall ecosystem, to maximize footfall, dwell time, and revenue conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Offline Marketing & Activation Strategy
- Conceptualize and execute ATL/BTL campaigns, brand collaborations, and on-ground activations
- Identify high-leverage partnerships within the mall ecosystem and external networks
- Drive footfall generation strategies through experiential marketing interventions
- Build and manage a calendar of activations, pop-ups, and engagement formats
2. Spatial Monetization & Experience Integration
- Program and monetize the Reflection Zone through curated experiences, brand integrations, and sponsored content
- Leverage physical space for revenue-generating opportunities (installations, retail tie-ins, IP extensions)
- Ensure seamless integration of activations into the narrative of Shiva Immersive
3. Sales Enablement & Conversion Optimization
· Drive institutional sales pipelines, including corporate bookings, school/college tie-ups, and group experiences
· Develop and execute B2B outreach strategies (HR teams, L&D heads, schools, universities, travel planners)
· Package Shiva Immersive as a corporate offsite / team engagement / cultural experience product
· Build structured offerings for education-led visits (learning modules, guided experiences, group pricing)
- Track conversion funnels from footfall → engagement → ticketing/upsell
- Optimize campaigns based on ROI, CAC, and audience behavior insights
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a bridge between marketing, operations, partnerships, and digital teams
- Coordinate with performance marketing teams to ensure omnichannel alignment
- Interface with senior stakeholders and external partners with executive maturity
5. Market Intelligence & Agility
- Continuously scan the ecosystem for emerging trends, formats, and competitor benchmarks
- Demonstrate strong situational awareness, quickly identifying opportunities and deploying resources
- Maintain a test-and-learn approach with rapid prototyping of ideas
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in experiential marketing, events, retail marketing, or IP-led platforms
- Proven track record in on-ground activations, partnerships, and revenue-linked campaigns
- Experience working in high-footfall environments (malls, festivals, exhibitions, destination experiences) preferred
Skill Set
- Strong understanding of ATL/BTL frameworks and experiential marketing mechanics
- Commercial acumen with ability to drive monetization and ROI-led initiatives
- Working knowledge of performance marketing, social media ecosystems, and digital coordination
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability
- High execution velocity, problem-solving mindset, and ownership orientation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
- Certifications in Digital Marketing / Brand Management / Experience Design are an added advantage
