Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site/Work From Home role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Mysore. The role includes identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include delivering presentations, providing customer service, and contributing to training sessions. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to drive marketing initiatives and meet organizational growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets
- Experience in Training and team collaboration for improving performance and knowledge-sharing
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in technology or consulting industries is a plus
