Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Vishakhapatnam. The role involves conducting sales activities, including identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing marketing strategies, facilitating training sessions for sales teams, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Collaboration with internal teams and overseeing effective sales management processes will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed KPIs.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including maintaining client relationships and clear professional correspondence.
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales personnel to improve performance and efficiency.
- Background in crafting and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or related industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in business communication tools and marketing/CRM software is an advantage.
