Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying potential customers, delivering excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves conducting training sessions for staff and managing sales operations to ensure team success. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and expand the market presence is key.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
- Ability to conduct and deliver effective Training sessions to enhance team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
