Role Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time for our AI-First ERP catering to multiple industries, on-site role at our Bengaluru location. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, initiating and maintaining client relationships, managing customer accounts, and generating leads. Your role will also involve conducting market research, delivering sales pitches, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the company’s growth objectives are met. You will provide training and guidance to team members to enhance the effectiveness of the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Training and mentoring teams to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and a results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
