We Are Hiring: Manager – Sales & Marketing
Industry: Defense / Aerospace
We are looking for experienced Sales & Marketing professionals from the Defense and Aerospace industry to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies for defense products and services
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities within the defense sector
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, tender submissions, technical documentation, and proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with defense establishments, procurement officials, and government stakeholders
• Support sales presentations, negotiations, and strategic client interactions
• Represent the company at defense exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences
• Monitor defense procurement policies, market trends, and emerging technologies
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Prior experience in Defense, Aerospace, Armed Forces, or related sectors
• Strong understanding of government procurement procedures and tendering processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Technical understanding of defense technologies and military equipment is preferred
• Engineering background in Aerospace, Mechanical, ECE, or related disciplines will be an added advantage
