Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Pune Division. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, contributing to sales planning and management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build strong relationships with clients.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including experience in meeting targets, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for internal teams and clients on products or services.
• Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking to develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and data to inform sales strategies.
• Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge or experience in AI, technology, or related industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
