Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Kochi, India. The responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Specialist will also contribute to training team members on sales techniques, managing sales operations, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies that boost brand engagement and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies, meeting sales targets, and managing client relationships
- Experience in training team members on sales processes and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a marketing and advertising agency is a plus
