Role Overview
We’re looking for a hungry, execution-focused Sales & Marketing Specialist who can identify, engage, and convert high-quality leads into paying clients.
This is not a passive role. You will own the entire front-end sales funnel, from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential D2C / e-commerce brands
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Use tools, platforms, and manual outreach to source leads
2. Outreach & Relationship Building
- Reach out via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Craft personalized outreach that gets responses
- Build relationships with founders and decision-makers
3. Sales & Conversion
- Understand client requirements and pain points
- Present Difference’s services in a compelling way
- Handle objections and drive conversations toward closing
- Convert leads into paying clients
4. Proposal & Pitching
- Create tailored proposals (with internal support if needed)
- Pitch services confidently via calls or meetings
- Follow up consistently to close deals
5. Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain CRM / lead tracking system
- Track outreach, conversions, and revenue targets
- Continuously optimize outreach and sales strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication & persuasion skills (verbal + written)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Understanding of digital marketing / Meta Ads / D2C ecosystem
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked in a marketing agency or with D2C brands
- Understand performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, etc.)
- Have experience closing high-ticket services
Compensation
- Fixed salary + high-performance incentives
- Commission on closed deals (uncapped potential)
