Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mathura for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, engaging with potential clients, building customer relationships, managing customer inquiries, providing personalized solutions, and planning training sessions to improve team performance. The role also involves reporting sales progress and staying updated on real estate trends to drive business growth effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to develop strategies, meet targets, and drive business growth.
- Experience in Training and coaching teams to enhance performance and achieve objectives.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
