Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships, conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and overseeing sales training initiatives. Collaboration with the marketing team to analyze market trends and identify opportunities will also be a key part of this position.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets and expand market reach
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in Training and mentoring teams to enhance overall effectiveness
- Ability to create and implement marketing strategies, including researching and analyzing target markets
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in healthcare or diagnostics is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
