Detailing Bull is a leading car detailing and complete car care solutions provider based in Gurgaon. We are focused on expanding our customer base aggressively and are looking for highly driven Sales and Marketing Executives with proven hardcore sales skills to directly generate new business and manage channel sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business by converting leads into customers through direct selling and relationship building, similar to car showroom sales.
- Develop and manage sales channels including partnerships with car dealerships, service centers, and fleet operators.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Conduct customer visits and presentations to pitch Detailing Bull’s services effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring maximum profitability.
- Maintain and grow the customer base by building strong long-term relationships.
- Track market trends and competitor activities in Gurgaon to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement lead generation campaigns and convert leads to sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hardcore sales experience, preferably in automotive sales, channel sales, or car showroom sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through direct customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to develop and manage channel partnerships.
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and persistence.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
- Knowledge of Gurgaon market and local automotive ecosystem is an advantage.
