Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The specialist will engage in establishing and nurturing customer relationships, managing sales activities, and executing marketing strategies. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, delivering product training to clients, and achieving sales goals. Collaboration with internal teams and staying informed about industry trends are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including planning and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to deliver impactful Training sessions, enhancing clients’ and team members' understanding of products and services.
- Analytical skills with the capability to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with industry knowledge in electrical solutions.
