Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur Nagar. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Dekode’s digital innovation services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales outreach, presenting solutions to prospective clients, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness. The specialist will respond to customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing strategies. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and continuously refining approaches to meet sales targets and expand market presence.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and address their needs.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard clients and support internal knowledge sharing on products and services.
- Relevant skills such as basic digital marketing knowledge, familiarity with CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making capabilities are beneficial.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or technology services, along with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kanpur Nagar, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate within cross-functional teams is required.
