Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Mandideep. The chosen candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing marketing strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting sales training sessions as needed. The role also involves managing the sales process to ensure targets are met and contributing to DECG’s continued growth and success.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to enhance team performance and knowledge
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of the infrastructure and manufacturing industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
