Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to expand the organization’s reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer interactions, handling client inquiries, delivering training sessions to team members, and overseeing sales operations to achieve business objectives. Collaboration with the marketing team for campaign execution will also be essential.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve business growth and meet targets
- Ability to create and deliver Training sessions to enhance staff capabilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of the education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
