Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves managing online and offline sales activities, engaging with customers, and promoting the company’s apparel and licensed merchandise. The specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and support order conversions to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting in sales training initiatives, and supporting sales management in tracking performance and implementing strategies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts with brand guidelines and business goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to assist in onboarding and upskilling sales staff and supporting team performance.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and apparel retail operations.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or retail/e-commerce is preferred, especially in fashion or consumer goods.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple tasks, and use CRM or sales tracking tools efficiently.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field is beneficial.
