Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving business growth through client acquisition and brand promotion. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing sales operations. The Specialist will also provide sales-related support and training within the team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in Training and coaching team members to maximize performance and drive results
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in marketing or sales, preferably in a creative or design-focused industry, is a plus
