🚀 We’re Hiring | Strategic Sales & Marketing Specialist – Telecom & Private Networks


Coral Telecom Limited is looking for a dynamic, tech-driven Sales & Marketing professional to drive enterprise growth across PAN India (NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata & key industrial regions). The role involves leading B2B sales for cutting-edge solutions such as Private 5G/LTE networks, Unified Communication Systems (IP-PBX, VoIP), and mission-critical communication platforms across sectors like Railways, Defence, Smart Cities, and large enterprises. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in telecom/IT solution selling, enterprise account management, and handling large projects or government tenders, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure. 🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics / Telecom / IT) or equivalent; MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred
  • 1–5+ years of experience in telecom, networking, or IT infrastructure sales
  • Strong understanding of IP Telephony, VoIP, UC, LTE/4G/5G, and enterprise communication systems
  • Experience in handling government/PSU tenders and large project-based sales (preferred)
  • Proven ability in B2B solution selling, key account management, and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams for solution design and proposal management
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions (PAN India)
