Role Description
Copper Guard is hiring a full-time, on-site Accounts & Sales Executive for our Bengaluru office.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage accounting operations, handle sales coordination, and support online business inquiries through IndiaMART.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, accounting entries, GST-related work, and e-way bill generation, along with the ability to communicate with customers and convert business inquiries into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage daily accounting entries and maintain records in Tally Prime
🔹 Generate invoices, GST bills, and e-way bills accurately
🔹 Handle purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries
🔹 Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments
🔹 Manage and respond to customer inquiries on IndiaMART
🔹 Support sales activities and follow up with potential clients
🔹 Maintain proper documentation and inventory-related records
🔹 Assist in day-to-day office and backend operations
Qualifications & Skills
✔️ Experience working with Tally Prime
✔️ Knowledge of GST billing and e-way bill generation
✔️ Good communication and customer handling skills
✔️ Basic understanding of sales and lead management
✔️ Ability to manage IndiaMART inquiries and convert leads
✔️ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
✔️ Prior experience in electrical, manufacturing, or trading industry is an added advantage
