Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolhapur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will actively develop and execute marketing strategies, generate and nurture sales leads, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include creating customer-focused sales presentations, managing the sales process, providing training and support to clients, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales, including lead generation, relationship-building, and closing deals
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to support team development and strategy execution
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to assess market trends and drive results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is a plus
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented environment
