Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Valsad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training sessions if required. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to enhance marketing strategies and expand the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and understanding their needs.
- Sales and Sales Management expertise, including creating strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Experience providing Training and support to enhance team performance and ensure operational alignment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Understanding of the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis is a plus.
