Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Valsad, is for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, and building lasting client relationships. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales management processes, organizing training for team members, conducting market research, and supporting the promotion of Chemland India's products and services domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to deliver training and mentor team members
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
- Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing software is preferred
