Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role located in Karnataka, India. The specialist will engage with customers in-store, present products and services, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role also involves developing and executing basic marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns, and contributing to visual merchandising and store events. The specialist will track sales performance, prepare simple reports, and collaborate with the team to meet targets and support overall business growth.

- Basic understanding of retail marketing, promotions, and merchandising; ability to support local marketing initiatives.
- Comfort working in an on-site retail environment, including weekends or extended hours as needed.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, email, spreadsheets) and simple reporting.
- Prior experience in retail, interiors, or related customer-facing roles is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
